Eating five portions of fruits and vegetables a day is not as difficult as you think. You can easily have your 5 a day by adding fresh fruits to your cereal in the morning; drinking fresh fruit juice, snacking on carrot sticks during the day, adding an extra portion of steamed vegetable to your dinner, eating banana as part of your pre-bedtime snack.
