If I would like to refund VAT at Oxford St. London instead of Airport, I still have to show all products that I bough to them?( Only Oxford St. Or only Airport / both Oxford St. And Airport or None )

You do not need to show the goods that you bought for VAT refund at Oxford St. London street. All you need is the receipts and a valid credit card. However, you may still need to show the goods to customs at the airport because you need to get a stamp on your VAT refund form and get it posted. If you don't do that, they may cancel the refund.
