Kaiser Wilhelm, the last German Emperor, said that in Daily Telegraph's interview in 1908. This comment offended many people in Britain and damaged his personal blunder. The interview is also referred as Daily Telegraph Affair.

Kaiser was also the victim of his own comment as it has damaged his self-confidence and brought him severe depression.
