How do I remove grease stains from stone and unglazed tiles?

  • Make a poultice of fuller's earth which you can get from chemists or pharmacies
  • Add a bit water to make a thick paste
  • Spread the paste over the stain
  • Cover it with cling film
  • Leave it overnight
  • The grease should have been absorbed by the next day, so scrape up the poultice
