The minor planet Sedna dicovered by Nasa researchers on15 March 2004 is the most distant object in the solar system. The size of Sedna is one one tenth of the size of the earth. In Sedna's highly elliptical orbit, it can be as far as 130 billion kilometers away from the Sun. To complete one single orbit, it takes about 10,500 years . For more, read here.
