If you are traveling by car in a spanish-speaking country and suddenly your signal lights stop working you must say:
'Los intermitentes no funcionan'or in singular: 'El intermitente no funciona'
The vocabulary is:
Los / El: (article) The
Intermitente / Intermitentes: Signal Lights
no: (adverb)
funcionan: (verb) to function (work)
Another way to say 'Signal Lights' in Spanish is the more literal: 'Luces de Señalizacion'.
