File sharing via iTunes enable you to copy or share files between your computers, tablets and smarthpones. Firstly make sure that your iOS device supports File Sharing, and you have iTunes 9.1 or later version.

Then connect your iOS device such iPad to your computer and launch iTunes. You should see your iOS device from the Devices section of iTunes, click it.
