The mixture of water and vinegar is always good to clean windows. You can also use a little neat alcohol (e.g. vodka) to remove the fly spots on windows.
If you want to use commercial products, its better to avoid cream cleaners as they tend to leave streaks. So, choose the liquid cleaners.
