The currency used in China is 人民币 (rén mín bì ), which is often referred as RMB.
There are 8 types of paper notes issued in China

  • 100RMB note
  • 20RMB note
  • 10RMB note
  • 5RMB note
  • 1RMB note
  • 0.1RMB note, which also has coins
  • 0.2RMB note, which also has coins
  • 0.5RMB note, which also has coins

Yuan is a until for RMB, and any value below 1RMB but abovee 0.09RMB is called Jiao.
Fen is used for any value between 0.09RMB and 0.01RMB.
