It is official that Israel start up Face.com is acquired by Facebook although the purchasing price is not disclosed. It is rumoured that Facebook paid around $60 million with a mixture of cash and stock. Gil Hirsch, The founder of Face.com, announced it as ‘Awesome News’ in his blog on 18 June 2012.
