You can say '仍然有问题?' - réng rán yǒu wèn tí ?
仍然 ( réng rán) means still
有(yǒu) means have or has
问题 (wèn tí) means questions or problems.

You can also say '仍有问题?' - réng yǒu wèn tí ?in short.

If you just want to say 'got any problem?', you can say '有问题?' - yǒu wèn tí ?
