Based on the level of respect or formality, you can say "It's windy" in Korean in 3 ways:


Informal baram-i buleo 바람이 불어
Formal baram-i buleoyo 바람이 불어요
Very Formal baram-i bumnida 바람이 붑니다

  • windy: baram-i bulda (바람이 불다)
