What's good to eat before work out?

The quantity and type of food that you should eat before exercise or competition depends of each person. Experiment with different foods to make sure which ones work better for you.
The types of food that are recommended are those easy to digest and rich in carbohydrates, e.g.: fruits, pasta, bread and energy bars and gels, yogurts, water and energy drinks.

Obviously it is advised to avoid big meals before a workout session because it can cause nausea, cramps and low performance. After a big meal you must wait from 1 to 4 hours to digest it fully before starting the training.
