What are the coldest liquid water droplets?

The coldest liquid water drops were found by Dr Daniel Rosenfeld from Israel and Dr William Woodley from America on On 13 August 1999. Half year later, they publish the findings in the scientist journal - Nature (May 2000 issue).

The water droplets in clouds remained liquid at temperature of -37.5 celcius for several minutes.
