Based on the level of respect or formality, you can say "Where is it?" in Korean in 3 ways:

  • Informal: eodi-ya? (어디야?), eodi-ni? (어디니?)
  • Formal: eodi-yeyo? (어디예요?), eodi-ipnigga? (어디입니까?)
  • Very Formal: eodi-ipnigga? (어디입니까?)

- where: eodi (어디), eodi-e (어디에), eodi-eseo (어디에서)
- is: itda (있다)
- it (subjective): geu-geot-i (그것이), geu-ge (그게) - omitted here
