No. The Moon cannot be considered as a Planet, it is Earth's Satellite.
The Moon is the fifth largest Satellite of the Solar System.

The distance between the Earth and the Moon is of 384.400 km. (238.855 miles) approximately, this distance varies over the orbit of the Moon around the Earth.
