How is the nightlife in Kuala Lumpur?

Kualalumpur is surprisingly tolerant – being an Islamic
country -- with its bars and nightclubs except for the holy month of Ramadan.

The Golden Triangle in Kuala Lumpur is famous for its nightclubs
and bars. While the party scene is mostly about a few local women looking for
rich, white men, the music is on into the wee hours of the morning. You won’t
even have trouble with transport, as there are plenty of taxis even at those
unearthly hours.

The Beach club is one of the famous bars there. It looks
spacious enough and there’s a cover charge of 40 MYR. You get a drink with that
money. There’s a band that plays for a while and then the DJ takes over. It can
get crowded in there. It also gets shady sometimes.

Yet, KL is a safe place and there are rarely any untoward incidents happening.

In the same area, there are other clubs you can try but they
never seem to be as crowded as the beach club is.
