Based on the level of respect or formality, you can say "I am happy." in Korean in 3 ways:

  • Informal: haengbok-hae. (행복해.)
  • Formal: na-neun haengbok-haeyo. (나는 행복해요.)
  • Very formal: jeo-neun haengbok-hamnida. (저는 행복합니다.)
