As of 7th July 2012, Serena Williams has now won Wimbledon five times - 2002, 2003, 2009, 2010 and 2012. It is quite an achievement for her to win Wimbledon 2012 at the age of 30. She defeated 23 year old Polish player Agnieszka Radwanska with 3 sets (6-1, 5-7, 6-2)

Serena's older sister Venus Williams also won Wimbledon five times - 2000, 2001, 2005, 2007 and 2008.
