The Scottish tennis player hired Invan Lendl as his full time coach at the beginning of 2012. As a former No 1. Professional tennis player, Lendl has won eight Grand Slam singles titles during his tennis career.

There is no official figure that how much Lendl gets paid for coaching the British No 1. Player, but it is assumed in the region of £500,000 plus a seven figure bonus if Andy wins any major title. Read more about Ivan Lendl here.

Under Invan's coach, Andy just won his historic Grand Slam singles title by defeating defending Champion Novak Djokovic in the final of US Open 2012. This victory made Andy Murray the first British to win a Grand Slam singles title since 1936. In the same year (2012), Andy also won Olympic gold by defeating Roger Federer.
