Where is Bo Guagua? Can Bo Guagua seek asylum in the US?

Bo Guagua is the son of Bo Xilai and Gu Kailai. Amid the rumor that Bo Guagua is seeking asylum due to his troubled parents, U.S. State Department confirmed on 19th April 2012 that Bo Guagua is not in custody.

Bo Guagua is supposed to continue his study at Harvard.
