The most common crops grown in the UK are the cereal crops.
In the year 2009, 3,133,000 hectares (7,740,000 acres) of cereal crops were planted in the UK.
Among the most common crops we found cereals such as wheat, barley and oats; the ceral crops are followed in number of production by root vegetables, potatoes, vegetables and fruits.
