According to Forbes Asia's 50 power businesswomen, President and Chief Executive Officer Pertamina Karen Agustiawan is the most powerful woman in Asia.

Karen is from Indonesia and has 3 children. She joined Pertamina in 2006 as a CEO advisor, and was promoted as Corporate Senior Vice-President two years later. And another year later, Karen was promoted to President and CEO of Pertamina.
