Based on the level of respect or formality, you can say "Where is the opera house?" in Korean in 3 ways:

  • Informal: opera haus-ga eodi-ya? (오페라하우스가 어디야?), opera haus-ga eodi-ni? (오페라하우스가 어디니?)
  • Formal: opera haus-ga eodi-yeyo? (오페라하우스가 어디예요?), opera haus-ga eodi-ipnigga? (오페라하우스가 어디입니까?)
  • Very Formal: opera haus-ga eodi-ipnigga? (오페라하우스가 어디입니까?)

- where: eodi (어디), eodi-e (어디에), eodi-eseo (어디에서)
- is: itda (있다)
- opera house: opera haus (오페라 하우스)
