Yun nan is a province located in South of China. The meaning of "yunnan" is "the south of clouds", and it is really a wonderful land.

The well-known place XiShuangBanNa is located in southwest of Yunnan, which is famous for rain forest and monsoon jungles. It's like a huge natural zoo.

You might have heard of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain in Lijiang and Meri Snow Mountain in Shangri-La, they both located in Yunnan province.

Below a picture of Meri Snow mountain, it looks so wonderful when the sun is shining on it, and the peak of the mountain becomes all golden! There are also some beautiful lakes in Yunnan, such as Dianchi Lake, which is near Kunming (the capital city of Yunnan), FuXian Lake, which is the second deepest lake in China and Lugu lake in LiJiang.
