Google for Entrepreneurs is meant to bring together and support business people and startups from all over the world. Their most recent event was held in 28 cities in different countries.
To see if this initiative has anything to offer you, the best way is to go to their website, look under the 'Participate in local event' tab and click on 'view upcoming events'. Many of the 2012 events are over now, but you will get an idea of the range and the type of events, plus there will be more added so it's worth looking again. Then you could go back to the home page and look under the 'find resources' section to see if any of their online tools could be useful for you.
You could also explore the Google Business Groups page to see which areas have the most activity. If there is nothing for you at the moment, you may want to follow the site on Twitter so you can be informed when more groups are formed etc.
