You can say 我头痛的很厉害 to your Chinese doctor if you have sever headache. The pronunciation is wǒ tóu tòng de hěn lì hài

  • 我 (wǒ) means I or me
  • 头 (tóu) means head
  • 痛 (tòng) means pain or painful
  • 头痛 (tóu tòng) means headache
  • 很 (hěn) means very or very much
  • 厉害 (lì hài) means severe.

If you just want to say you have a headache, you can say 我头痛 (wǒ tóu tòng)

If you want to get painkillers, you can say 请给我止痛药 (qǐng gěi wǒ zhǐ tòng yào ), which means 'please give me pain killers'
  • 请给我 ((qǐng gěi wǒ) means please give me, and is a very useful phrase when you want to ask somthing.
  • 止痛药 (zhǐ tòng yào) means pain killers
