You can say 我头痛的很厉害 to your Chinese doctor if you have sever headache. The pronunciation is wǒ tóu tòng de hěn lì hài
- 我 (wǒ) means I or me
- 头 (tóu) means head
- 痛 (tòng) means pain or painful
- 头痛 (tóu tòng) means headache
- 很 (hěn) means very or very much
- 厉害 (lì hài) means severe.
If you just want to say you have a headache, you can say 我头痛 (wǒ tóu tòng)
