Based on the level of respect or formality, you can say "I miss you" in Korean in 3 ways:

  • Informal: na-neun ne-ga geuriweo (나는 네가 그리워)- na-neun can be omitted
  • Formal: jeo-neun dangsin-i geuriweoyo (저는 당신이 그리워요), jeo- neun dangsin-i geuripseupnida (저는 당신이 그립습니다) - jeo-neun can be omitted
  • Very Formal: jeo-neun dangsin-i geuripseupnida (저는 당신이 그립습니다) - jeo-neun can be omitted

- I: na-neun (나는), jeo-neun (저는)
- to miss: geurida (그리다)
- you (objective): neo-reul (너를), dangsin-eul (당신을)
