Shia LaBeouf played Sam Witwicky in the first three Transformers movies, but it seems that he will not continue his role in the fourth movie. Co-star Josh Duhamel is not going to reprise his role of Captain William Lennox either. Its not clear about the reason, but the purpose of money making seems deter the actors.

Lorenzo di Bonaventura, the producer of Transformers 4 said that they want afresh the Transformers franchise. Therefore, they might change the entire cast, but nothing is clear yet as of today (28th May 2012).
