Home schooling is growing more popular as many people aren't satisfied with their country's education system, but whether it is a better option depends on several things.

The most important question is: how good an education can you give your child at home? For instance, a graduate with a wide general knowledge and some teaching experience could probably teach a child more than a school would, because of having more time and only one (or at most a few) students. But if your own education hasn't been completed, to give a home-schooled child a chance you would need to find tutors, which can be difficult and expensive, and quality is by no means guaranteed.
