There are several ways to order a beer in a Japanese pub. 'ビールをください’ means 'please give me a beer'. It is pronounced as 'biru wo kuda sai'.

Beer is ビール(biru) in Japanese, and when you want to get something from other people, you use ください (kudasai)

If you want to be poliet , you can also use ’ビールをもらえますか?(biru wo mo rae masu ka?)-- can I have a beer?Or more poliet, ’ビールをいただけますか?' (biru wo itada kemasu ka?)-- Can you please give me a beer?
