Based on the level of respect or formality, you can say "I came here with my cousin" in Korean in 3 ways:

  • Informal: na-neun yeogi-e nae sachon-gwa gatchi watseo (나는 여기 내 사촌과 같이 왔어), na-neun yeogi-e nae sachon irang gatchi watseo (나는 여기 내 사촌이랑 같이 왔어)
  • Formal: jeo-neun yeogi-e sachon-gwa gatchi watseoyo (저는 여기 사촌과 같이 왔어요), jeo-neun yeogi-e sachon irang gatchi watseupnida (저는 여기 사촌이랑 같이 왔어요)
  • Very Formal: jeo-neun yeogi-e jeo-eui sachon-gwa hamkke watseupnida (저는 여기 저의 사촌과 함께 왔습니다)

- I: na-neun (나는), jeo-neun (저는)
- to come: oda (오다)
- here: yeogi-e (여기)
- with: gatchi (같이), hamkke (함께)
- my: na-eui (나의), nae (내), jeo-eui (저의)
