How to say "I am not okay" in Korean?

Based on the level of respect or formality, you can say "I am not okay" in Korean in 3 ways:

  • Informal: na-neun an joa (나는 안 좋아), na-neun an gwenchan-a (나는 안 괜챦아)
  • Formal: jeo-neun an joayo (저는 안 좋아요), jeo-neun an gwaenchanseupnida (저는 안 괜챦습니다), jeo-neun an jotseupnida (저는 안 좋습니다)
  • Very Formal: jeo-neun an jotseupnida (저는 안 좋습니다), jeo-neun an gwaenchanseupnida (저는 안 괜챦습니다)

- I: na (나), na-neun (나는), jeo-neun (저는)
- okay: jotta (좋다), gwaenchanda (괜챦다)
- not okay: an jotta (안좋다), an gwaenchanda (안 괜챦다)
