If you are driving in a spanish-speaking country and suddenly you notice that your car has a flat tyre and you need some help you must say: 'Tengo una rueda pinchada'.
You can also say 'Tengo un neumatico pinchado'.
The vocabulary is the following:
Tengo: (verb) to have
una: (pronoun) a
rueda: (noun) wheel
pinchada: (adjective), feminine form, literally meaning pierced but also flat (for tyre)
neumatico: (noun) tyre
pinchado: (adjective), masculine form, literally meaning pierced but also flat (for tyre)
