Morosini's tragic death yesterday is yet another terrible blow to football fans. In the last few years Sevilla's Antonio Puerta, Espanol Dani Jarque and Livorno's Piermario Morosini, Al Merreigh's Bartholomew Opoku all died of heart strokes.

There is no official investigation to further into the causes of such deaths, to inquire why or if this is happening in football or in other sports. Authorised voices claim too much stress and too many football games every week put the heart of many players at risk. However, we will have to wait and see if more precise explanations come up.
