QSponge launched in May 2011 and joined Facebook in July 2011. It now gets over 500 visitors a day. The site has been growing steadily since it started. The aim is to become a really useful internet resource - a question and answer bank on all kinds of topics.

It's free to join, and users can ask any question or search in one of the 'hot topic' areas to see what has already been said on their chosen topic. Users are also urged to answer any questions they think they can - basically it's the users and their questions and answers who make the site work.
