First of all: has your boss actually done or said anythng that counts as bullying, harassment etc? 'Psycopath' could mean a lot of things. You could take a look at some examples and see if his/her behaviour fits those. If you are planning to make any complaint you need to be very exact in what you say, so you could start by writing down incidents. Be as specific as you can - times, dates, what exactly was said and what other pwoplw were present.

You should also talk to your workmates. Who else is having problems? are they similar to yours? You may find other people who are willing to support you in whatever action you take.
