I don't know how to say it. I am searching for a discounted essay writing service online to write my
essay for my English language class.

If you are in a spanish speaking country and you don't know a word of Spanish, you should say:

-No hablo Español (I don´t speak Spanish)
or
-No hablo Español bien (I don´t speak Spanish well)

If you speak a little then you should say:
-Solo hablo un poquito de Español (I only speak a little Spanish)
If you need someone that speak English you must say:
-Hay alguien aqui que hable Ingles! (Is there anybody here who can speak English!)
