On December 1 of 2013, China successfully launched an unmanned mission to the Moon.
This mission, known as Chang'e 3, send a lunar lander: the Yutu or Jade Rabbit.
Another Chinese unmanned mission to the Moon is scheduled for the year 2017.
It is planned that the CNSA, China National Space Administration, will send a manned mission to the Moon between the years 2025-2030.
