Yes, he did; his stunt double was - or is, as the film isn't out yet - Stuart F Wilson. Wilson is a martial artist and veteran stunt double, whose 25 years of work include Indiana Jones and GI Joe. One of his top achievements is the fight sequence at the end of The Rundown. This sequence has become so legendary that the outfit he wore for it has been auctioned online, reportedly at a high price.

Stuart Wilson has worked with Bruce Willis many times before, so if you are a Willis fan it's very likely that you have seen Wilson before. He appeared in an earlier Die Hard film as well as Red, GI Joe as mentioned earlier and several others.
