What music is the best to listen while jogging?

It may not be the best thing to listen to music at all while you are jogging especially if you are still in the early stages of trying to get fit, because if you are listening to music it's harder to monitor your breathing, be sure that your heart rate is OK etc. You're also more likely to run out into traffic or make other mistakes if jogging in the city - and some professionals claim it's bad for your hearing, though many others disagree.

But for experienced joggers, some music can make the time pass pleasantly and even help you keep going. I would go for anything that you enjoy, but avoid very slow or fast tracks. Pump it from the Black Eyed Peas is a good example of the kind of tempo that is good to jog to, besides being a great song.

You can also use an app to help you find a suitable track based on your running time.
