Is all matches is wwe wrestling practiced?

I'm not sure if I understand your question correctly. The WWE isn't a form of wrestling but a large US corporation - the full name is World Wrestling Entertainment inc. It promotes and puts on wrestling matches and other sporting events.
The WWE isn't especially concerned with wrestling as a sport; its matches are primarily entertainment, so they are staged and organised with audience entertainment in mind, rather than to try and find the most successful wrestlers as in an ordinary contest.
You will find more information about wrestling as a sport if you look for the wrestling federation or other official body of any country. For example, if you go to the British Wrestling website you will find out about the rules and history of the sport, its rules as practised in the UK and elsewhere, as well as details of where you can practise the sport yourself or attend matches.
