We may never know for sure what the first ever language sounded like, because of course spoken language is so much older than written and we can't really know what happened before written records. If you look at the writing that we know about, you can find some languages going back to the Bronze Age, when some ancient peoples began to develop writing.

Among the earliest examples of writing is the cuneiform script of the Sumerians, who lived in an area including what is now Iraq. They may have arrived there as long ago as 6000 years, but the earliest writing found is closer to 4000 years. Judging from some of the place names mentioned in their writing, it is possible that their original language was different from the Sumerian language that later developed; but without writing it is difficult to know much about the history of a language.
