Has anyone got the Nobel Prize more than once?

Yes, four individuals have won it twice each. The first was Marie Curie, who won it for physics in 1903 and then for chemistry in 1911. Linus Pauling was also awarded the prize for chemistry, in 1954; he then won the peace prize in 1962 for his work against nuclear arms proliferation. John Bardeen also won the Nobel prize twice, in his case it was the same prize, physics, on both occasions (1956 and 1972). The next person, and the only other person to win twice in the same discipline, was Frederick Sanger, who was awarded the chemistry prize in 1958 and 1980.

The Nobel Peace Prize has also been won more than once by institutions: It has been given to the International Red Cross three times and the United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR) twice. No other prize has been awarded to an institution more than once.
