Is our brain ready to use Google Glass?

Good question - and as this is such new technology, maybe only time will give us the answer to that one. In fact you can apply the same question to so many modern devices, and on the simplest level the answer would be no. Our brains are still much the same as they were in the Stone Age, so you could say that there is nothing in our evolution that prepares us for life today. Think of fast cars, television screens and lots of other things that have been around much longer than Google glass, and you could say we aren't evolved to cope with them either. But we do, more or less, and the human brain is very complex and very quick to adapt, so no doubt we will manage to use Google Glass and all the things that come after it too.
However, there are potential problems with this technology - can we cope with something so intimate influencing what we see? And there are privacy issues too - you can see some of the pros and cons here.
