It's important that you listen and understand what the other is talking about. Remember to smile and look interested in what they say (eye contact is quite important too).
When it's your turn keep a good tone of voice, not too loud and not too low, and express yourself moving your hands if you feel like it.
Be polite throughout the conversation. You can use humor in your speech but don't use rude jokes!
