What is the temperature of the Arctic during Summer?

In the Arctic Circle (Siberia, North Canada, Greenland and Alaska) the temperature during the Summer is always below 10°C (50°F) with the sun shining for 24 hours a day. This is known as the Land of the Midnight Sun.
