Ys, he is, in fact he and his wife Susan had a child just a few weeks ago (February 2012.)

Robert Downey Jr had a relationship with Sarah Jessica Parker in the early 1990s, but they never married. His first wife was the actress Deborah Falconer, whom he married in 1992, when they had known each other for less than six weeks. They had a son the following year, but at that time Downey was still drinking heavily and using drugs, and although they tried to make the marriage work it was impossible. His wife left him in 2001, and in 2004 they were divorced.

Meanwhile, in 2003 he had met Susan Levin, a producer on the set of a film Downey was working on at the time. They married in 2005 and are still together. Downey no longer takes drugs and has very much changed his lifestyle; once famed for his 'wild' behaviour he is now apparently much more of a family man.
