What could be the problem with me if I sneeze a lot and my nose and throat itches and my eyes starts to water?

That sounds very much like an allergy but it could be a different thing.
You need to visit your GP to make sure what it is and to treat it correctly.
If it is an allergy he might give you antihistamines to reduce and alleviate those symptoms.
Also he might ask you to take an allergy test.
But as I said before it is important that you ask your doctor.

I'm 17 years old, I've been lifting weights for the past 8 months, I lift weights about every second day in a week ( a day in between for recovery ), I started of lifting 15 KG I'm currently on 31 KG.. I keep my training session under 1 hour no matter what. I drink 6 -8 glasses of water , 2 glasses of milk and eat about 4 meals which include proteins and carbohydrates. I take no supplements or steroids for that matter..
