Mia Farrow has four biological children. Three of these were with her second husband, musician Andre Previn. They had twin sons, Sascha and Matthew, who were born on 27 January 1970, and another son named Fletcher, born on 14 March 1974. They also adopted three daughters; twins Lark Song and Summer Song, born 6 October 1974, and Soon-Yi, born 8 October 1970 but adopted 8 years later. So she had 6 children with Previn altogether.

With her next partner Woody Allen, she had one biological child, Satchel Farrow (now known as Ronan) born on 19 December 1987. Previously they had adopted two other children, son Moses (now Mischa), born 27 January 1978, and daughter Dylan (now Eliza) born 11 July 1985. So 3 children with Allen.

Farrow went on to adopt 6 more children. So the total was 15. However, two children (Lark Song and Tam) died, so her total number of living children is 13.
